Chuck Backus grew up in Cleveland, OH and is currently an industrial designer at The Ohio State University. His design philosophy revolves around designing for others with others, ensuring that each project seamlessly merges aesthetic appeal with functional excellence suited to meet the needs of everyone involved. His creative process involves thinking through a spatial lens and working through each step being sure to make sure the journey means just as much as the final product.
